Suggested camping area for Aus 3-Days – Newbridge Recreation Reserve

Are you looking at camping over Easter?

The Newbridge Recreation Reserve has a large area for camping, either river frontage or further back within the reserve grounds. Its size means it is possible for orienteers to collect in one area. The reserve provides affordable camping with toilet and shower facilities.

The reserve is close to the Newbridge General Store for supplies and the Newbridge Hotel for meals. However, these will not be able to cater for large numbers and participants looking at camping here should be prepared to cook their own meals or drive 20 – 30 minutes to the nearest supermarket and other eating out options. Camping is $15 per night per site.

If this does not appeal then there are other camping options within the Loddon Valley, from free camping through to caravan parks with lots of facilities. To explore things to see, places to go and where to stay in the Loddon Shire take a look HERE.
